Shipping Policy

We offer fast, reliable shipping worldwide. US orders will be delivered within 5 to 8 business days, and international orders will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks.

All orders that are postmarked and leave our facility are no longer the responsibility of madbuzzhoney.com. We control no items once they are in possession of the USPS. If you have issues with shipping after products have left the Mad Buzz Honey Fulfillment Center, those issues need to be addressed between the buyer and the USPS.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day money return policy on all orders. After receiving the shipment, the buyer has to contact us within 14 days. Refunds will be given as money back or replacement. The buyer pays the return shipping costs. The item needs to be returned in its original and unopened condition to receive a refund. All refunds will be paid within 14 days. Shipping costs for returned orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you decide you want to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you may refuse it upon delivery. If you have already received your package, please wait for our instructions before shipping it back. In principal, all sales are final, although we strive to reach a mutually acceptable solution when issues arise.
