Shipping Policy

We offer fast reliable shipping worldwide. US orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days and international orders will be delivered within 1 to 2 weeks.

All orders that are postmarked and leave our facility are no longer the responsibility of madbuzzhoney.com. We have no control over items once they are in possession of the USPS. If you have issues with shipping after products have left the Mad Honey Fulfillment Center that issue needs to be addressed between the buyer and the USPS

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7 day money return policy on all orders. After receiving the shipment the buyer has to contact us within 7 days. Refunds will be given as money back or replacement. The return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. The item needs to be returned in its original and unopened condition in order to receive a refund. All refunds will be paid within 7 days. Shipping costs for returned orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you decide you want to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you may refuse it upon delivery. If you have already received your package, do NOT ship it back until we have communicated instructions as to if and how you may do so. In principal, all sales are final, although we strive to find a mutually acceptable solution when issues arise.
